Some scenes from the original first Pokémon movie, this movie was going to end Pokémon, but then they changed every single scene to extend the anime, and that’s how Pokémon Mewtwo Strikes Back was created.

What I understood from this video was that Ash died and that girl have some close connection with Ash and Misty, Then Misty gave that girl Ash’s Pikachu.
